Below are for all Alliance Office Seating Delivery Details, including lead times and return information.
Delivery Areas:
Local Delivery & Installation – Anywhere within the M25, Essex and Suffolk we offer FREE delivery and installation on orders over £200. For all orders under £200 there will be a delivery charge of £20 – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.
Nationwide Delivery – Alliance chairs are UK Manufacturered and arrive fully assembled, if you are ordering less than 5 chairs there will be a delivery charge of £25 per chair, if your order is over 5 chairs please contact us for a delivery price – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.
Lead Times:
Local Delivery & Installation – 1-2 weeks – if you need them by a certain date please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate you.
Nationwide Delivery 2-3 weeks – Once the chairs arrive with us we will box them and send them out using DPD overnight service.
Returns / Cancelled Orders:
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for no charges to occur.
All Chairs are made to order so after 24 hours no cancellation or refund
