The details below are for all office furniture products Manufactured by Hawk Office Furniture:

Lead Times:

  • All Hawk items are made to order and will be on a 3-4 week lead time.

Lead times quoted are average but usually less – if you are working to a deadline please contact us and we will always try to deliver to you within your deadline

Delivery Areas:

  • *Free Delivery & Installation on all orders throughout London, Essex and anywhere within the M25 on orders over £250 – Small orders under £150 are subject to a £30 delivery / installation charge – to add the delivery charge please use this link CLICK HERE
  • Nationwide – Delivery ONLY would be sent on a palletised service which means no items larger than 1800mm can be shipped on this service.  For orders over £2000 we can deliver on our own vans, please contact us for a price.
  • Nationwide Delivery & Installation – Price on Request, depending on order size.

Delivery & Installation on all orders throughout London, Essex and anywhere within the M25 – this service includes delivery to any part of the building, assembly, removal of old packaging.

Nationwide Delivery ONLY – This is a ground floor reception delivery only.

Nationwide Delivery and Installation – Delivery and assembly of desks, to required part of building (packaging to be disposed of by yourselves) – Unless installed by our own team and not 3rd party,

Returns / Cancelled Orders:

All items are made to order so after 24 hours the orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

*Free installation on complete items only, for example we will not install a modesty panel onto an existing desk, if you buy a bench system add on unit for an existing bench system and we need to dismantle the existing to do so, there will be a small charge for this service.
