Delivery Areas:

Local Delivery & Installation Anywhere within the M25, Essex and Suffolk we offer FREE delivery and installation on orders over £200.  For all orders under £200 there will be a delivery charge of £20 – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.

Nationwide Delivery –  Our Initial range of office furniture can not be sent from the Manufacturer, the goods would arrive in our warehouse and we would send them on a palletised delivery service, the largest item we can put on a pallet is 2m x 1.2m in height/width/length – each pallet would cost between – £60 – £100, Please contact us for an exact price.

Lead Times:

Local Delivery & Installation 1 – 2 weeks – if you require it sooner please contact us.
Nationwide Delivery 1-2 weeks – This would be sent on a palletised delivery service, kerbside delivery only.

Nationwide Installation available please contact us for a price, it will depend on order value.

Returns / Cancelled Orders:

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for no charges to occure.

Restocking Charge 20% – All goods must be returned in complete original packaging.

Any “Special / Bespoke / Made to Order” items cannot be cancelled or returned.

*Free installation on complete items only, for example we will not install a modesty panel onto an existing desk, if you buy a bench system add on unit for an existing bench system and we need to dismantle the existing to do so, there will be a small charge for this service.
