Due to Brexit lead times are slightly longer than normal at the moment deliveries are usually within 3-4 weeks, but if you need an exact delivery date please contact us on 01206 331 989
Please note: – Since Brexit we now have to pay £100 import charge on all orders we received from France, so if you put through a small order for local delivery there maybe a delay with delivery, we will hold your order until more orders come in – this way we will not add any extra charges to your order, if you wanted it asap you can pay the import charge.
Local Delivery & Installation – Anywhere within the M25, Essex and Suffolk we offer FREE delivery and installation on orders over £200. For all orders under £200 there will be a delivery charge of £20 – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.
Nationwide Delivery – FREE On orders over £1000, For all orders under £1000 there will be a delivery charge of £30 + £80 import charge (£110 in total) – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.
Local Delivery & Installation 2-3 weeks – if you require it sooner please contact us.
Nationwide Delivery 3-5 worksing days. – 2 man delivery team will drop items to the ground floor.
Nationwide Installation available please contact us for a price, it will depend on order value.
Delivery & Installation on all orders throughout London, Essex and anywhere within the M25 – this service includes delivery to any part of the building, assembly, removal of old packaging.
Nationwide Delivery ONLY – This is a ground floor reception delivery only.
Nationwide Delivery and Installation – Delivery and assembly of desks, to required part of building (packaging to be disposed of by yourselves) – Unless installed by our own team and not 3rd party,
Returns / Cancelled Orders:
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for no charges to occure.
Buronomic is a French manufacturer, so all goods are shipped over from France, therefor any goods that have left the French warehouse can be cancelled / returned but there will be a 50% restocking / cancellation charge – it will be your responsability to return the goods to France and pay relavant import / customs charges.
Any item that is returned must be in its full original packaging.
Any “Special / Bespoke / Made to Order” items cannot be cancelled or returned.
*Free installation on complete items only, for example we will not install a modesty panel onto an existing desk, if you buy a bench system add on unit for an existing bench system and we need to dismantle the existing to do so, there will be a small charge for this service.
