Delivery Areas:
FREE Nationwide Delivery – Lead time 1-2 working days. Goods will be delivered to ground floor reception areas only, some orders depening on items will be sent out on a pallet delivery service which would be a kerbside delivery only (if you can not accept a pallet delivery please contact us first to check)
FREE INSTALLATION AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT LONDON, ESSEX, and WITHIN the M25 – We will deliver to the desired room of the building, unpack, assemble the products and take away the packaging!! Leaving you set up and ready to go!! Please note that more than 1 flight of stairs may have additional costs. – Lead Time for this service within 1 week.
Returns / Cancelled Orders:
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for no charges to occure – next day delivery service would not be included. If the goods have left the warehouse the order cannot be cancelled, the goods would need to be returned.
25% Restocking charge will be applied to all returned orders, returned goods must be sent back to us in original packaging, and the cost covered by you.
